Cosy rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff. Magda at reception checked me in. She was exceptionally friendly and helpful. She helped me to navigate the train website and book tickets, among other things. Magda went above and beyond. Location is great - right near lots of places to eat.

Staff were amazing , very helpful in assisting taxis and whatever we needed. Hotel breakfast was great,rooms were very clean. Near old city and many restaurants on your doorstep to choose from.

Breakfast was great all that you need. the location was walking distance to the main attractions. The hotel was helpful in helping me to book the train to Warsaw and back. Such a friendly hotel. Thank you Sylvia

The hotel is located in a quiet street in the meedle of the jewish quarter, and 10 min blcoks of the caste, 20 from the center and 5 from the nigth center by the river. the room was large, and very confortable. They included coffee, tea, and sparkling water for free every day. the personal was very very kind

Despite turning up a good bit early, we had access to our room. The room was a good size, clean and warm. It also had a kettle, tea and coffee, 2 bottles of water, a fridge, and a safe. Some may not like the fact that our window looked out onto a high cemetery wall, but we were out all day, and the curtains were closed at night, so we didn't miss any view. Staff couldn't have been more helpful despite and went out of their way to help when we encountered an issue in no way whatsoever connected to the hotel. We had declined breakfast, so cannot comment on this.

The hotel is located in a historical area, very pleasant to visit, close to the city center, but also to a promenade along the Vistula. The hotel architecture looks old, but the facilities are remarkable. The room was very clean, good wi-fi, TV with international channels, fridge, free still and mineral water provided, and the breakfast impressed me with its variety. The price/quality ratio is very good. I will definitely stay here again.

Hotel was nice and quiet, tucked away on a side street in the Jewish quarter. Good location for walking into the old town and plenty of local restaurants .Breakfast was excellent.

Nice quiet side street near great bars and restaurants in the Jewish Quarter. A short walk away from the Old Town. Safe and pleasant environment. Hotel was spotlessly clean. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Value for money is exceptionally good. My family were extremely happy with this hotel.
